An update on the Bloody Mary Trial involving Red Winters. Before their trial, Red Winters escaped from prison and fled to some unknown place either within Evergreen, or to another state. Nonetheless, she had evaded PD until recently.

The charges were as follows:
Criminal Threats
First Degree Murder
Unlawful Imprisonment
Armed Robbery
Attempted Murder of a Civilian
Torture
Extortion
Attempted Murder of a Public Servant or Peace Officer
Attempted Murder of a Civilian
Violation of a Restraining Order x 2
Criminal possession of a Weapon Class A
Possession of Illegal Firearm Modifications
The fine for all of those would total at $50,000 and the sentence would be 1000 months.
Red Winters showed her face and came back to the city. She clearly wanted to finish the job starting with Ashton Effort-Gasm, a prior victim.
Ashton defended herself, as any citizen should from a murderer. Red Winters was shot dead by Ashton, and then she was brought back to Evergreen PD for questioning.
Following the shooting and questioning, a trial has now been organized for Ashton Effort-Gasm for the murder of Red Winters. We will keep you posted on this case as the outcome of it, depending on the evidence provided within the case, could start the beginnings of getting convicted of murder even in self-defense, standing your ground and defending yourself from a stalker with clear murderous intent.
