YOUR NEWEST SHOWCASE OF VIDEO GAMES SOLD BY DIGITAL DEN, BOTH UPCOMING AND HOT.

Today we are showcasing the 78th installment of the Princess Robot Bubblegum: The Video Game series. I want to start off by talking about the allusive story line with Princess Robot Bubblegum herself. I believe this is probably one of the most centered stories within her previous installments, especially with how different it is from the anime on CNT. Critics, players and viewers would agree that this installment is definitely one of the more groundbreaking in terms of storytelling, character design, and with the new edition of several characters, this story has expanded since the last time we saw Princess Robot Bubblegum on our screens.

We finally get the return of the Sword Boy who disappeared last time in the 69th installment of the series. Last we saw of him, he fell into a void of darkness, trying to find the relic of the Khaos Maiden, who we also now get to officially see with a full-scale model and as the final boss of this installment. The Sword Boy’s story is going to be as expansive as it can be now with him garnering a love interest of his own and coming to terms with the death of his master. As we know he is the first lgbtq character of the series, and it's only right that he gets his own spotlight in the final installment as we finally get to see his point of view of how the story plays out. Without spoiling too much he does get a happy ending for the most part.

But he's not the only one returning as we finally get to see Wasabi Kitty now joining the good guys. As we know she had been a recurring villain for the past 60 installments, but after witnessing her “death” in the 60th installment of the series. It’s good to finally see her reprogrammed and ready to fight the battle of Good versus Evil alongside our team. The same with the Sword Boy, Wasabi Kitty gets her own and this is her second time getting her own sets of chapters as well, as some players will remember she did get her own story chapters all the way back in the 20th installment where we see her kill Master Hentai. This time around we see her using her cybernetics to figure out what the hell is going on with the powerful Mana circling around Great Edo..

Let's talk about the first two chapters of the 78th game, as you know the narrative of Princess Robot Bubblegum has shifted from a mockery of anime to oversexualized female characters being borderline hentai figures that quite literally caused half of the first season to be banned from the united states entirely from airing, to now being a full-fledged modern lead female characters in a world of cybernetics and magic. All the stories that we'll see with the first few chapters between the Sword Boy, Princess Robot Bubblegum and Wasabi Kitty all connect to one person. To get started chapter one follows shortly after the ending of the 77th game, where the Silver Damsel had been slain by PRB restoring the peace amongst the villagers of Great Edo. Unfortunately for her that was not the end of it, as the essence of the Silver Damsel had combusted into the village’s princess now known as The Chosen amongst the villagers.

As seen above is the still frame from The Sword Boy’s chapter where he encounters the empowered Chosen One, during his own quest to reunite with PRB. They battle it out only for her to get the upper hand on him but too much power has consumed her, causing her to disappear and fly away from the scene. At this point in the story The Chosen One has not only awakened her new power but it also had awakened had also put on her radar the Khaos Maiden, who is making her first physical appearance in the series as the big bad of the final installment of Princess Robot Bubblegum, after being hinted at for the past 10 games.

But enough of spoilers! I think getting into the nitty-gritty of it, I the costume design, especially for the Sword Boy and Princess Robot Bubblegum, has definitely improved over the years– we finally get to see some armor on these people! I think it was important to show better armor for Princess Robot Bubblegum as she is no longer a full cyborg- but a human with cybernetic enhancements. This really changed the direction of the series as the whole premise of this series in general was that she is a robot. But now with her reverted into a human, it dramatically changes how we should view the danger that she puts herself in, and the combat in the final installment proves that without breast rockets how are you going to defeat the Cat Wraiths of The Khaos Maiden. To end our first article, I want to say that the final installment I am hoping to see Princess Robot Bubblegum LXXVIII get the recognition it deserves.

With a physical copy of the GAMEiNVADER, you are given a free CD key for Princess Robot Bubblegum LXXVII on the EXsorbeo 720 console, able to redeem at Digital Den or the EXsorbeo store.
